Hi there! So glad you're here. I'm Lenore, a holistic wellness coach and mother of two. I combine wellness strategies with positive practices to help women who struggle with stress, low self-esteem, and feeling stuck, to love themselves, and feel more joy and confidence in their lives.
My Personal Journey
Once I became aware of chronic health conditions from both sides of the family, I found myself wanting to learn about what I could do to strengthen my body's protective and healing mechanisms. This is how I began to develop an interest in natural health and healing. I liked experimenting with natural supplements and remedies and learning which foods gave me the most benefits. I became fascinated with the mind-body connection, epigenetics, and even energy healing. And more recently, I learned about holistic health coaching and felt it would be a great way to help people, especially my father who was battling advanced liver disease.
So, I made the decision to become a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach (CTNC) through the Institute of Transformational Nutrition. During my training, I learned about the three pillars of science, psychology, and spirituality and how they can work together synergistically to create optimal wellness. Even though my original intent was to help my dad and others, little did I realize how deeply and profoundly my journey would also help me personally. I have dealt with chronic stress, lack of self-worth, and functional depression for over three decades of my life. Then in 2004, I was diagnosed with ADD and while it helped explain a lot of my struggles, I still felt the painful wounds as a result of them. In the process of seeking everyone’s approval and acceptance, I had lost my sense of identity and self-worth. It didn't matter that I was able to earn my degree from UCLA or that I was a devoted mom, I still felt like I wasn't enough.
By learning how to heal and ways to live happier, healthier, and more authentically, I knew that I could help women by sharing what transformed me and my life. I am passionate about empowering women to stand in their truth by helping them remember who they truly are. So, they can know their value and achieve their goals. By forming healthy habits, reducing stress, and adopting a positive mindset, true health and happiness can be yours.
